Defective DVDs

We are sorry to hear of your problems with your DVD(s). We do our best to ensure all discs are working properly before they are shipped. 



Before we send you a replacement, please try playing the disc in another DVD player.  Some players (approximately 3% - usually but not always-older players) have a compatibility issue with these discs.  The discs are “burned” which is different from a disc that you rent. Unfortunately, if this is the problem, the new disc may also not work in that player.
